To ensure that the design of your home reflects your needs and budget, we recommend that

you study each question on the following questionnaire. Is not necessary to give this

questionnaire to us nor to answer each question completely, however, 

to ensure your home design reflects your needs please consider these questions 

and be prepared to resolve the design issues that these address.
